Overview of the seller dashboard and key performance indicators
Seller Dashboard
The Seller Dashboard is your central hub for monitoring your store's performance. It provides real-time metrics, sales charts, and quick access to all features.
Dashboard KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
The dashboard displays the following metrics for the current month:
| Metric | Description |
|---|---|
| Pending Orders | Orders awaiting processing this month |
| Cancelled Orders | Orders cancelled this month |
| On The Way | Orders currently being delivered |
| Delivered Orders | Successfully delivered orders this month |
| This Month Sales | Total revenue from paid orders this month |
| Previous Month Sales | Total revenue from last month (for comparison) |
| Total Products | Total number of products in your store |
| Low Stock Products | Products with stock ≤ 5 units |
| Unanswered Queries | Customer questions awaiting your response |

Sales Chart
The dashboard includes a 7-day sales chart showing daily revenue for delivered orders over the past week.

Top Selling Products
A grid of your top 12 products ranked by number of sales is displayed at the bottom of the dashboard.

Quick Actions
From the dashboard, you can quickly navigate to:

| Add a new product | Sidebar → Products → Add New Product |
| View all orders | Sidebar → Orders |
| View notifications | Header → Notification bell icon |
| Access POS | Sidebar → POS (if enabled) |
| View reports | Sidebar → Reports |
Dashboard on Mobile App
The mobile app dashboard shows the same KPIs in a mobile-optimized card layout:
- Sales summary with comparison to previous month
- Order status breakdown (pending, delivered, cancelled)
- Category-wise product distribution chart
- Top 12 products
- Quick action buttons
