How to configure your shop name, logo, address, and social media links
Shop Settings
Customize your store's public appearance including name, logo, contact details, social links, and pickup location.
Accessing Shop Settings
- Web Panel: Sidebar → Shop Settings
- Mobile App: Menu → Shop Settings
Basic Information
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Shop Name | Your store's display name (max 100 characters). Shown on your storefront. |
| Address | Your shop's physical address (max 300 characters). |
| Phone | Contact phone number for your shop. Also updates your profile phone. |
| Logo | Upload your shop logo. Recommended: Square image, min 200x200px. |

Social Media Links
Connect your social media profiles to your shop page:

Shop Banner
Upload a banner image for your store page. This appears at the top of your shop on the marketplace.

Delivery Pickup Location
Set your delivery pickup coordinates:
- Latitude: Your shop's latitude coordinate
- Longitude: Your shop's longitude coordinate
These are used for shipping calculations and logistics.

SEO Settings
Improve your shop's search engine visibility:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Meta Title | SEO title for your shop page (max 200 characters) |
| Meta Description | SEO description for search results (max 500 characters) |
Shipping Cost
Set a flat shipping cost for your products. This can also be configured per-product.
Business Information
Additional business details that can be managed:
- Certificate Number: Your business registration/NTN number
- Certificate Upload: Upload your business registration certificate
- Country & State: Your business registration location
