Understanding seller subscription packages, their limits and benefits
Subscription Packages
Seller subscription packages determine how many products you can upload and for how long you can sell on Shopping Scene.
What Is a Subscription Package?
A subscription package is a plan that gives you:
- Product Upload Limit: Maximum number of products you can list
- Duration: How long the package is valid (in days)
- AI Token Limit: Monthly AI-assisted product generation tokens (if applicable)
Viewing Available Packages
On Web Panel
- Navigate to the subscription section via your dashboard.
- View all available packages with their limits and pricing.
On Mobile App
- Go to Menu → Subscription.
- Browse available packages.

Package Types
| Type | Description |
|---|---|
| Free Package | No cost. Limited product uploads. Great for starting out. |
| Paid Package | Monthly/annual fee. Higher product limits and features. |
| Private Package | Custom packages assigned specifically to your shop by admin. |
Package Details
Each package includes:
| Feature | Description |

| Name | Package display name |
| Price | Cost in your local currency (0 for free packages) |
| Product Upload Limit | Maximum products you can have listed |
| Duration | Validity period in days |
| AI Token Limit | Monthly tokens for AI product generation |
| Logo | Package branding image |
Important Notes
- You can only have one active package at a time.
- Upgrading replaces your current package.
- Downgrading: If your current product count exceeds the new package's limit, you must remove products first.
- Packages are non-refundable once activated.
