Step-by-step guide to adding a new product to your store
Add Product
This guide walks you through the complete process of adding a physical product to your store.
Accessing the Product Form
- Web Panel: Sidebar → Products → Add New Product
- Mobile App: Products tab → "+" button or "Add Product"
Product Information Fields
Basic Information
| Field | Required | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Product Name | ✅ | Title of your product (displayed to customers) |
| Category | ✅ | Select the appropriate product category |
| Brand | ❌ | Select or leave empty if not applicable |
| Unit | ✅ | Unit of measurement (e.g., pc, kg, pair) |
| Minimum Qty | ❌ | Minimum order quantity (default: 1) |
| Tags | ❌ | Searchable tags for your product |
| Barcode | ❌ | Product barcode/SKU identifier |

Product Images
- Upload multiple images for your product.
- First image is used as the thumbnail.
- Recommended: At least 3 images from different angles.
- Supported formats: JPG, PNG, WebP.

Product Videos
- Add a YouTube or Dailymotion video link.
- This will be displayed on the product detail page.
Pricing

| Unit Price | Base selling price |
| Discount | Discount amount or percentage |
| Discount Type | "Flat" or "Percent" |
| Discount Start/End Date | Schedule when discount is active |

Stock & SKU
| Field | Description |

| Current Stock | Available inventory count |
| SKU | Stock Keeping Unit identifier |
| External Link | Optional external purchase link |
Product Description
Write a detailed description using the rich text editor:
- Use headings, bullets, and formatting
- Include product specifications
- Mention material, dimensions, care instructions
Product Variations (Colors & Attributes)
Add product variations:
- Colors: Select available colors with color picker
- Attributes: Add size, material, or custom attributes
- Each combination generates a unique SKU variant with its own price and stock

Shipping Configuration
| Field | Description |

| Weight | Product weight (used for shipping calculation) |
| Free Shipping | Toggle free shipping on/off |
| Flat Shipping Cost | Fixed shipping cost if applicable |
SEO / Meta Information
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Meta Title | SEO title for search engines |
| Meta Description | SEO description text |
| Slug | URL-friendly product identifier |
Tax & GST
If GST is configured:
- Tax | Select applicable tax rate
- HSN Code | Harmonized System Nomenclature code
Publishing
After filling all fields:
- Click Save & Publish to publish immediately.
- Click Save as Draft to save without publishing.
Note: Products may require admin approval before appearing on the marketplace (depends on platform settings).
Product Upload Limit
Your subscription package determines the maximum number of products you can upload. Check your remaining uploads on the dashboard.
