Product Queries (Q&A)

Customers can ask questions about your products. Answering quickly improves customer trust and sales.

Viewing Queries

On Web Panel

1. Go to Products → Product Queries.
2. See all unanswered and answered queries.
3. Click on a query to view details and reply.

On Mobile App

1. Go to Products → Queries.
2. Browse customer questions.
3. Tap to view and reply.

Replying to a Query

1. Open the query.
2. Read the customer's question.
3. Type your response in the reply field.
4. Click Send Reply / Tap Submit.

Dashboard Alert

Your dashboard shows the count of unanswered queries to help you stay responsive.
