How to view and manage customer reviews on your products
Product Reviews
Monitor customer feedback on your products to improve quality and build trust.
Viewing Reviews
On Web Panel
- Go to Products → Product Reviews.
- See all reviews across your products.
- Click on a product to see its detailed reviews.
On Mobile App
- Go to Products tab → Reviews.
- Browse reviews with ratings and comments.

Review Information
Each review shows:
- Customer Name: Who left the review
- Rating: 1-5 star rating
- Comment: Customer's written feedback
- Date: When the review was posted
Important Notes
- You cannot delete customer reviews (managed by admin).
- Respond to negative feedback through the customer conversation system.
- High ratings improve your product's visibility on the marketplace.
