Product Stock Management

Keep your inventory updated to avoid overselling and ensure customers see accurate availability.

Viewing Stock

• Dashboard: Shows count of low-stock products (stock ≤ 5).
• Products List: Each product shows current stock level.
• Stock Detail: Click the stock icon to see per-variant stock.

Updating Stock

Individual Product

1. Edit the product.
2. Update the Current Stock field.
3. For variant products, update stock per SKU combination.
4. Save changes.

Quick Stock Update (Mobile App)

1. On the products list, find the product.
2. Tap the stock icon.
3. Enter the new stock value.
4. Tap Update.

Bulk Stock Update (Web Panel)

1. Select multiple products via checkboxes.
2. Click Bulk Stock Update.
3. Enter new stock values for selected products.
4. Submit.

Low Stock Alerts

• Products with stock ≤ 5 units are flagged as low stock.
• The dashboard shows the count of low-stock products.
• Consider restocking promptly to avoid missing sales.
