Subscription Renewal

Your subscription package has a defined duration. This guide explains what happens when it expires and how to renew.

When Does My Package Expire?

• Each package has a duration (e.g., 30 days, 90 days, 365 days).
• You can check your remaining days in Dashboard → Package Info.

What Happens When It Expires?

When your package expires:

• You cannot upload new products.
• Your existing products remain visible on the marketplace.
• Orders for existing products can still be processed.
• You'll see reminders to renew your package.

How to Renew

1. Go to Subscription / Packages.
2. Select the same or a different package.
3. Complete the payment process (same as initial purchase).
4. Once approved, your package is renewed with fresh duration.

Upgrading Your Package

To upgrade to a higher package:

1. Purchase the new higher-tier package.
2. It replaces your current package immediately.
3. The new limits and duration take effect right away.
