How to apply for shop verification and get the verified badge
Shop Verification
Get your shop verified to build trust with customers. A verified badge signals that your business has been reviewed and approved by Shopping Scene.
Verification Requirements
To apply for verification, you need to submit the following documents:
| Document | Required | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Seller Photo | ✅ | A clear photo of yourself (passport-style) |
| ID Card | ✅ | Front photo of your national ID card (CNIC/NIC) |
| Live Selfie | ✅ | A live selfie for identity matching |
| Business Certificate | ❌ | Business registration certificate (if applicable) |
| Certificate Number | ❌ | NTN/Registration number |
How to Apply
On Web Panel
- Go to Shop Settings → Click Apply for Verification.
- Fill in the verification form with required documents.
- Upload each document as instructed.
- Click Submit.
On Mobile App
- Go to Menu → Shop Settings → Verification.
- Upload required photos and documents.
- Tap Submit for Review.

Verification Process

- You submit your verification documents.
- Admin reviews your submission (typically within 1-3 business days).
- Upon approval, your shop receives a verified badge.
- You receive a notification confirming verification.
Verification Status
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Not Applied | You haven't submitted verification documents yet |
| Submitted | Documents submitted, awaiting admin review |
| Approved | Your shop is verified ✅ |
| Rejected | Documents were not accepted. You can resubmit. |
