Order Status Update

Keep customers informed by updating the delivery and payment status of their orders.

Updating Delivery Status

1. Open the order detail page.
2. Find the Delivery Status dropdown.
3. Select the new status:
   • Pending → Confirmed → On The Way → Delivered
4. Optionally add a tracking code.
5. Click Update / Tap Save.

Updating Payment Status

1. On the order detail page, find Payment Status.
2. Change from Unpaid to Paid (or vice versa).
3. Save changes.

Notifications

When you update an order status:

• Customer receives a push notification (if enabled).
• Customer receives an in-app notification.
• Order tracking notification is sent if a tracking code is added.
