POS (Point of Sale) Overview
The POS system allows you to process in-store walk-in customer sales directly from your seller panel or mobile app.
What Is POS?
POS (Point of Sale) lets you:
- Create orders for walk-in customers
- Search and add products to a cart
- Process cash on delivery payments
- Generate invoices for in-store purchases
Enabling POS
POS is a feature that must be enabled by the platform admin. Once enabled:
- Web Panel: POS appears in the sidebar navigation
- Mobile App: POS tab becomes available
