Receive real-time push notifications for orders, approvals, and important updates.
Push Notification Setup
Push notifications are automatically configured when you:
- Install the Seller App.
- Grant notification permissions when prompted.
- Log in to your account.
Your device token is automatically registered with the server.
Types of Push Notifications
| Event | Notification |
|---|---|
| New Order | "A new order has been placed" |
| Order Status Change | "Order SS-XXX status updated" |
| Account Approved | "Your seller account has been approved" |
| Shop Verified | "Your shop has been verified" |
| Package Activated | "Your subscription package is now active" |
| Custom Notification | Admin-sent promotional messages |
Notification Settings
- Allow/Deny: Control push notifications through your device settings.
- In-App: View all notifications in the notifications screen.
- Badge Count: App icon shows unread notification count.

Troubleshooting
